Group retail portfolio is 100% leased announced Vaughn
Miller, President & CEO, "we've achieved 100% occupancy and
long-term renewals on our retail centers, its a testament to
the strength of the locations combined with great leasing."
VCM Development re-vamped and upgraded Desoto Corners'
tenancy, located at the hard corner of I-35E and Pleasant
Run, by replacing a cash store with Grand Nail Bar a new
3,229 square foot high-end nail salon and signing long-term
lease renewals with T-Mobile and Starbucks, both stores
being some of the top performers in the market. Teel
Crossing also recently achieved 100%, located in Frisco at
the northeast corner of Main Street and Teel Parkway, with
several exciting first-in-Texas stores including Hurts
Donuts, Burn Boot Camp, The Coders School and One River Art
& Design School. "Our philosophy is to develop and hold
